Vitamin B12
Cyanocobalamin injection, compounded by a licensed pharmacy. Subcutaneous or intramuscular, once a week.
B12 is the vitamin behind steady energy, sharp focus and healthy red blood cells. Many men say the weekly shot is what finally lifted the afternoon drag and brain fog that pills never touched. It goes in just under the skin, so the full dose gets to work, and most men notice the difference within a couple of weeks.
The standard B12 shot, at home. Everything arrives in one box with our injection guide.
Set up an appointment with your provider to discuss if it’s right for you, and appointments are FREE for current patients.
Lipo-B
Methionine, choline chloride and cyanocobalamin in one vial. The classic lipotropic blend with the B12 built in.
Lipo-B puts the classic lipotropic blend, methionine and choline, together with B12 in one weekly shot. Many men add it to a weight plan for a little extra help keeping the scale moving and the energy up, without a second needle. Some say it is the nudge that keeps them consistent.
The weight loss add-on. One weekly shot, not two.
FREE initial consultation! Book one and we will tell you whether this is a fit before you spend a dollar.
Lipo-C
Methionine, choline chloride, L-carnitine and dexpanthenol. The step up from Lipo-B.
Lipo-C takes the Lipo-B blend and adds L-carnitine, which helps the body reach for stored fat as fuel. Many men on a training or weight plan reach for it when they want the work they are putting in to show. Dexpanthenol rounds out the energy side.
For men on a weight or metabolic plan who want the carnitine in the same shot.
Not sure this is the right one? Talk it over with your provider first. Appointments are FREE for current patients.
NAD+
Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide, subcutaneous. A real weekly dose without the IV chair.
NAD+ is the coenzyme your cells use to turn food into energy and run their own repair crew, and levels naturally slide with age. Many men reach for it when energy, focus and recovery have slipped and a good night of sleep alone is not bringing them back. Some say it is the reset they were missing.
A full weekly dose at home. No chair, no drive, no per-visit markup.
New here? Your initial consultation is FREE. Already a patient? Every appointment is free.
Glutathione
Preserved glutathione injection, 2 mL weekly. Double the dose most walk-in shots deliver.
Glutathione is the body’s master antioxidant, and hard training, a few drinks and short nights burn through it fast. Many men use the weekly shot to bounce back quicker and clear the haze after a rough week, and some say their skin looks clearer for it. As a pill it mostly breaks down in the gut, so the injection is how the full dose arrives.
400 mg a week at home, double the typical walk-in draw.
Ask your provider whether this fits your plan. Appointments are FREE for current patients, and the first consultation is free for everyone.
B-Complex
Thiamine, riboflavin, niacinamide, dexpanthenol and pyridoxine. Five B vitamins, one weekly injection.
A weekly hit of five B vitamins, the cofactors that turn what you eat into usable energy and keep the nervous system steady. Your body does not store them, and stress, alcohol and a rough week of eating drain them fast. Many men use the shot to hold their energy and mood level instead of riding the dips.
Stack a B12 vial on the same order; the shipping is already paid.
FREE initial consultation for new patients, and FREE appointments for current patients. Ask us whether this belongs in your plan.
DHEA
Pharmaceutical-grade compounded DHEA capsules. Also available as 5, 10, 50 and 100 mg, or as a cream. Oral, once a day, no needle.
DHEA is a hormone your body makes and uses as a building block for testosterone. It peaks in your twenties and slips a little every year after. Many men add it back for drive, mood and energy, and it slots cleanly into a TRT plan for a few dollars a week.
One capsule a day, shipped with your vials. No extra box.
Ask your provider at your next free appointment whether DHEA belongs in your plan, or book a FREE initial consultation if you are new.
New patients book a quick 15-minute visit so we have you in the system. Current patients, you are already set.
Unlock your pricing and place your order. Your provider confirms it is right for you before it goes out.
Your vial, syringes and needles arrive together from a licensed compounding pharmacy, with our injection guide.
