Our Mission
Pacific Coastal Men’s Clinic exists for one reason: to give Oregon men expert, affordable care from a provider who listens.
You know when something’s off – your energy, your drive, your sex life, your confidence. Too many men who finally speak up get told it’s “just normal aging,” handed a referral, and get a bill in the mail for a charge they thought was covered by insurance. We built this clinic to be the opposite of that experience.
Here, you work with the same provider at every visit – one who knows your history, your labs, and your goals. Pricing is agreed on before treatment ever starts: no surprise bills, no charges for things we never discussed, no bait-and-switch. Just expert treatment for low testosterone, weight, sexual health, hair loss, and the rest of the problems men are told to live with.
The mission isn’t numbers on a lab report. It’s you with your edge back – sharper, stronger, more yourself – and a clinic in your corner that treats you like you matter. Because you do.

Jerome Siegel, PA-C, Physician Associate
Jerome Siegel is the founder and provider of Pacific Coastal Men’s Clinic. He is a Physician Associate (PA-C) licensed in the state of Oregon by the Oregon Medical Board. Physician associates may evaluate patients, order labs, prescribe, and provide other general medical care within their scope of practice in the state of Oregon.
Every patient works directly with Jerome, from the initial consultation through ongoing care, with treatment plans built around real clinical judgment rather than a one-size-fits-all protocol.

How care works with Jerome
- All visits are secure video visits. Pacific Coastal Men’s Clinic has no walk-in office.
- You see the same provider at every visit, from the free first consultation through follow-up.
- Testosterone therapy is prescribed only when symptoms and lab results both support it. Labs are drawn at Quest Diagnostics locations in Oregon, or at a local hospital lab in towns without a Quest.
- Questions between visits go through the secure patient portal, or by phone at 541-896-4545.
- PCMC treats adults 18 and over who are in Oregon during each visit, and cannot accept patients currently enrolled in OHP or Medicaid.
