Pacific Coastal Men’s Clinic exists for one reason: to give Oregon men expert, affordable care from a provider who listens.

Too many men who finally speak up get told it’s “just normal aging,” handed a referral, and get a bill in the mail for a charge they thought was covered by insurance. We built this clinic to be the opposite of that experience.
Here, you work with the same provider at every visit – one who knows your history, your labs, and your goals. Pricing is agreed on before treatment ever starts: no surprise bills, no charges for things we never discussed, no bait-and-switch. Just expert treatment for low testosterone, weight, sexual health, hair loss, and the rest of the problems men are told to live with.

Jerome is a licensed Physician Associate-Certified provider and the founder of Pacific Coastal Men’s Clinic. He built this practice on a simple belief: care should be personal, accessible, and straightforward. No waiting rooms, no run-around.
Every patient works directly with Jerome, from the initial consultation through ongoing care, with treatment plans built around real clinical judgment rather than a one-size-fits-all protocol.
