All services are self pay. We do not accept insurance at this time. Sorry, we cannot take patients who are currently enrolled in Medicaid at this time.
All treatment, including specific medications and dosing, is provided at your provider’s discretion based on medical necessity and appropriateness established during your consultation, not a menu to select from directly.
Core is our injectable testosterone (any dose*). Core Daily is the topical cream option. Both include all medications, supplies, and ongoing provider-monitored follow-up appointments. Enclomiphene is also available within Core at the same $99 a month. It is oral, and instead of replacing your testosterone it signals your body to produce more of its own.

If you’re on Core or Core Daily (TRT), or on a Fit Care / Tru Fit Care (GLP-1) plan, every other eligible product you add is discounted 15%: Restore, Renew, Renew Plus, and Drive (Drive uses its own flat discounted price rather than the 15% formula). There’s no cap on how many add-ons stack. Core and Core Daily (TRT) are never discounted. They’re always full price.

What labs actually cost
Labs are the one thing your monthly price does not cover. Labs are cash pay at Quest prices. We are a self-pay clinic and we do not bill insurance for labs. The prices below are what you pay: no claim, no deductible, no surprise bill three months later. We are not able to accept patients who are currently enrolled in the Oregon Health Plan (OHP) or Medicaid.
The schedule and prices below are for TRT monitoring. Other services require significantly less lab monitoring, and some require none at all. Labs are always available by request for any service.
- Your first panel: $175
- Every panel after that: $50
Typical TRT schedule: every 3 months for your first 6 months, then every 6 months until your levels are stable, then once a year after that. You can test more often any time you want to.
That puts a typical first year at about $325 in labs, the $175 starter panel plus three $50 draws, which averages about $27 a month. From year two on it is about $50 a year, or roughly $4 a month, once you are stable.
What it costs you all in, plan plus labs:
Core at $99/mo works out to about $126 a month your first year, and about $103 a month from year two on.
Core Daily at $139/mo works out to about $166 a month your first year, and about $143 a month from year two on.

Labs are billed separately where applicable. Referred services for medical treatments not provided are billed by the agency that provides the service. Otherwise, prices include medication, shipping, consultations, and more. There are no copays, added service charges, or surprise fees from us. Eligible additional services are added at a discounted rate for current patients.
