Choose a date and time that works for you from our online scheduler. It takes about two minutes, the first consultation is free, and every visit is by secure video from wherever you are in Oregon.

Meet With Your Provider
Attend your video visit at your scheduled time. Your provider will go through your health history and goals, then discuss which treatment options are right for you.

Start Your Custom Plan
Following your appointment, you will initiate the appropriate individualized medical plan. This may include prescriptions, lab orders, or other records.
