Book Your Telehealth Appointment
Choose a date and time that works for you from our online scheduler. All visits are conducted via secure video from wherever you are in Oregon.
Meet With Your Provider
Attend your video consultation at your scheduled time. Your provider will review your assessment and discuss which treatment options are right for you.
Start Your Custom Plan
Following your appointment, you will initiate the appropriate individualized medical plan. This may include prescriptions, lab orders, or other records.
