Testosterone replacement therapy at Pacific Coastal Men’s Clinic is $99 a month. Labs are the only other cost. For most men the all-in number works out to about $126 a month in year one and about $103 a month from year two on.
That is the whole answer. The rest of this page shows the arithmetic, because “starting at” pricing is the norm in this industry and it is very hard to compare two programs when neither one publishes a total.

That price covers your appointments, your testosterone, and your supplies. There are no membership fees, no copays, and no added service charges from us.
What labs cost, and why they are separate
Labs are the one thing the monthly price does not cover. We publish the numbers so you can add them up yourself.

The usual TRT monitoring schedule is every 3 months for your first 6 months, then every 6 months until your levels are stable, then once a year after that. You can test more often any time you want to.
So a typical first year is one $175 panel plus three $50 panels, which is about $325 in labs, or roughly $27 a month. Once you are stable it drops to about $50 a year, roughly $4 a month.
Labs are cash pay at Quest Diagnostics prices. We are a self-pay clinic and we do not bill insurance for labs. The prices above are what you pay: no claim, no deductible, no surprise bill three months later.

If you already have recent labs, bring them. We will review what you have before ordering anything new, which can lower your first-year number.
Where you get your labs drawn
Your lab order goes to a Quest Diagnostics location near you. We send it ahead, you pick a time, you walk in and get drawn. Most Quest locations draw on weekday mornings and appointments go faster than walk-ins, so book ahead if you can. A small number of Oregon towns do not have a Quest location. If yours is one of them, we route your order to a local draw site and tell you exactly where to go.
What to ask when you compare programs
Most of the cost surprises in this category come from the same handful of gaps. Whoever you are comparing, ask them:
- Is the medication included in the monthly price, or billed separately?
- Are supplies included?
- Is there a separate membership or platform fee on top of the treatment price?
- What do labs cost, and how often will I need them?
- Do I see the same provider each time?
- What happens to the price after the first few months?
Who qualifies
Not everyone with symptoms qualifies for testosterone therapy. Low energy, poor sleep, difficulty holding muscle and low libido are symptoms associated with testosterone deficiency, and they are also associated with a long list of other things. Whether treatment is appropriate is decided from your history, your symptoms, your lab work and a clinical assessment by a licensed Oregon provider.
