Do you live in Oregon?
We’re a licensed Oregon practice. Visits are telehealth, labs are drawn at a local lab near you.
Are you on OHP or Medicaid?
We’re cash-pay with flat monthly pricing and no insurance billing.
How old are you?
Treatment differs by decade. This points you the right way.
What’s bothering you most?
Pick what’s been on your mind. You can ask about the rest at your visit.
How long has this been going on?
Be honest. Most men wait years before saying anything.
Some of these may be a fit for you.
We’re licensed in Oregon only.
Every visit has to be with a provider licensed where you’re sitting. We’re working on more states. If you’re in Oregon often enough to have labs drawn at a Quest location, come back and see us.
We can’t take OHP or Medicaid.
Sorry, we cannot accept patients who are currently enrolled in Medicaid at this time.
We treat adults 18 and over.
Everything we do requires you to be an adult. Please talk to your regular doctor, who can help properly at your age.

Where Klamath Falls patients get labs drawn
Klamath Falls has no Quest location (the nearest is in Medford, about 56 miles away), so PCMC sends your lab order to Sky Lakes Medical Center in Klamath Falls. Lab prices are the same as everywhere else in Oregon.
| Sky Lakes Medical Center Laboratory | 2865 Daggett Ave., Klamath Falls. The draw station is in the hospital's main lobby, across from the pharmacy. Listed hours 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday to Friday. Phone 541-274-4000. |
|---|
How it works: PCMC sends your order to Sky Lakes ahead of time. Call 541-274-4000 to confirm current draw hours before you go. Go in the morning, because testosterone has to be drawn early in the day.
Hospital lab details from the hospital's own website, checked October 16, 2026. Hours change, so call ahead.
What happens before treatment starts
- Free consultation by video. About two minutes to book online. You talk through symptoms, history and goals.
- Two morning blood draws. Low testosterone has to be confirmed with two separate early-morning results, as the national guideline recommends. Both draws are included in the $175 first panel. If you already have recent labs, send them first, and they are reviewed before anything new is ordered.
- Results review. Testosterone therapy is prescribed only when your symptoms and your lab results both support it.
- Your plan and price, in writing. You know the monthly price before you commit. Medication ships to your home.
- Follow-up. Monitoring labs at week six and week twelve, then every three to six months depending on how you respond.
